Shipping

Your order ships directly from our supplier rather than from a warehouse we keep stocked. That means we're not sitting on unsold stock and we can keep prices down — but it does take longer to reach you than high-street stock.

Note: confirm delivery windows, carriers and any customs/VAT wording against your real CJ shipping method and IOSS/VAT setup before launch.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery is 7–15 days after your order is placed. This is an estimate, not a guarantee — customs or carrier delays can occasionally add time. The estimate is also shown on every product page and at checkout before you pay.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United Kingdom and the EU. If your country isn’t offered at checkout, it isn’t available yet.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated per item and shown at checkout before you pay — no surprises after.

Customs & import

For EU orders we aim to collect any applicable VAT at checkout so there’s nothing to pay on delivery. If import charges do apply to your destination, they’re your responsibility — but we’ll always make the position clear before you buy.
