Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we confirm your order by email. We may decline or cancel an order (for example if an item is mispriced or out of stock) and will refund any payment taken.

Prices & payment

Prices are shown in GBP and include applicable taxes where stated. Payment is taken securely via Stripe at checkout. We don’t store your card details.

Delivery

Estimated delivery times are shown before you buy and on our shipping page. Estimates are not guarantees; delays outside our control can happen.

Cancellations & returns

Your cancellation and refund rights are set out in our returns policy.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of your order. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
