What we collect

Order & contact details — your name, email, shipping address and phone number.
Payment data — handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
Usage data — basic technical data (device, pages viewed) and, only with your consent, analytics.

Why we use it & legal basis

To fulfil your order (performance of a contract) — process payment and arrange delivery.
To contact you about your order (contract / legitimate interests).
To improve the store and marketing (consent) — analytics and marketing cookies only if you allow them.
To meet legal obligations — e.g. tax and accounting records.

Who we share it with

Stripe — payment processing.
CJdropshipping — order fulfilment and shipping. To ship your order, your name and delivery address are sent to our fulfilment partner, which processes data outside the UK/EU (including in China). Such international transfers are made under appropriate safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses).
Hosting & email providers — to run the site and send order emails.

How long we keep it

We keep order and transaction records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal (e.g. tax) obligations, then delete or anonymise them.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your data, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email privacy@catvibeme.com. You may also complain to your local data protection authority (in the UK, the ICO).

Cookies

We use essential cookies to run the cart, checkout and security — these don’t need consent. Analytics and marketing cookies are only set if you allow them. You can change your choice at any time:
